2018年联合国糖尿病日的主题为:家庭与糖尿病(The Family and Diabetes)。联合国糖尿病日前身是世界糖尿病日(World Diabetes Day,WDD),由世界卫生组织和国际糖尿病联盟于1991年共同发起的,其宗旨是引起全球对糖尿病的警觉和醒悟。
BMC精选旗下相关期刊和研究前沿论文,旨在帮助各位专家学者了解最新发表的研究,希望各界共同参与到糖尿病的防治工作中来。
糖尿病是一种常见病、多发病,世卫组织估计全世界2.2亿多人患有糖尿病。如不进行干预,这一数字到2030年可能会增加一倍以上。近80%的糖尿病死亡发生在中低收入国家。
我国目前约有5千万糖尿病人,而且有上升的趋势,严重威胁到人类的健康。世界卫生组织已将糖尿病列为三大疑难病之一,在全球几乎每一个国家,糖尿病发病率都在上升。这种疾病是导致失明、肾衰竭、截肢、心脏病和中风的主要原因。

近年来,全球2型糖尿病患者数量显著增加,且发病显著年轻化。可能原因包括肥胖人数增加、生活方式不健康(缺乏体育锻炼、饮食不健康等)、高收入国家平均寿命延长等。1型糖尿病发病率也呈现增加趋势,具体原因尚不明确。
与应对逐年增高的发病率相平行的是糖尿病相关明升体育app研究和治疗方法不断取得新突破,例如调整饮食和生活方式、减肥手术、新型药物试验(胰岛素类似物、GLP-1激动剂、SGLT2抑制剂等)、干细胞相关方法、人工胰腺、智能技术等。
